<description>To all who are following Ryan -

I too have had my time with Ryan on the river - right after his time at Slippery&#039;s.

For all of us that love the river, appreciate adventure, and enjoy a thoughtful conversation - Ryan captures that spirit, and truely is living the mission statement of 11visions.

As we follow him from the comfort of the enviroment surrounding our computers and admire his journey - lets provide him some additional support by sharing this website with friends.

Remember this is his job and I bet his success is based in part by website traffic. Plus it is fun to share his experience....

Ryan - we really enjoyed are time with you!!!!

		<description>Ryan,

I hope your foot healed up without an infection. That would suck traveling with an infected foot that is in the water all day.

No reason to be embarrased...As we all sat at the outside tables at Slippery&#039;s....watching you...I can tell you that all the people at the tables were commenting and admiring your efforts to take on and execute the task of kayaking down the Mighty Mississippi River...the 3rd Largest River in the World....WOW !!!! that takes guts...It is quite an accomplishment and we were all cheering you on and amazed at your determination...The bed sheet / sail worked and off you went...CONGRATS to YOU !!!!I know it was challenging to get the sail erected properly with limited materials. I could tell you were bombarded with a million questions and I felt bad for you because you were pressed for time and the sun was going down quickly and time was of the essence to go down river and erect a camp before total darkness. How far down the river did you get that night.
Good luck to you and may you be blessed with a strong tail wind throughout your journey.

safe travels,

		<description>Ryan,

I got to give you a big Yeeeeeaaaaahhhhhh from Urban Boatbuilders. We have been following your journey still and are excited to see you still using the sail. It sounds like you have the boatbuilders mind always trying to make things more improved. Hope It holds up the whole trip and may the wind be at your back. Oh yeah Big River Magazine is doing a story on our trip and we told them about you. They may want to use a quote from your blog. I will let you know if and when the story comes out.

Later
